Your therapist needs a therapist.
And if you don't need a therapist, maybe you need a consultation.
Let’s be honest.
The mental health field is tough. You’re not only holding space for your clients and dealing with systemic issues, but you’re also a human going through human experiences—and some tough ones at that!
It is a great joy and privilege for me to be able to support folks in the field.

Feeling a little stuck with a client? Having another set of eyes can be helpful to get a bit of momentum or next steps.
If you’re navigating through some issues that are impacting your practice, or perhaps have some countertransference surfacing, we can look at doing a blend of therapy with consultation.

I enjoy overseeing people who are starting out in the field. At this time, I offer supervision for things such as undergraduate field placements and graduate student practicums. I am currently at capacity for direct site placements for 2024/2025, but may be able to provide external site supervision.
Please note that I am not able to supervise provisional psychologists at this time, but may be able to work with you in a consultant role.

Being a mental health practitioner (or front line worker in any capacity) is hard work. But your life doesn’t just involve work.
I recognize you come with your own expertise, and my aim is to honour that. As a part of that, we can discuss what type of therapy would best suit you, whether that’s needing a space to vent, or something a touch more structured.
Regardless of our plan moving forward, my goal first and foremost is to see you as a human.
