Owner/Operator/Supervisor

Are you struggling with social anxiety, feeling overwhelmed by ADHD, or dealing with the emotional challenges of life after a breakup? Struggle with sleep or insomnia? Maybe you’re healing from religious trauma or facing faith-related questions that feel confusing or isolating. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. I work with individuals who are looking to understand their mental health better and take control of their emotional well-being. I specialize in working with adults and older youth (teens and young adults).

My approach is rooted in warmth, compassion, and encouragement. I believe therapy is a collaborative journey, where we work together to build practical skills, foster self-awareness, and create meaningful change. With specific training in social anxiety treatment, insomnia and sleep issues, ADHD management, and emotion regulation strategies, I bring a blend of therapeutic techniques and real-world solutions to help you thrive.

For those who are needing a bit of support with managing ADHD symptoms, you can expect this to be more of a coaching journey where we set goals and find strategies to help you navigate through your world. Whether you’ve been formally diagnosed, or if you speculate that this is something that you deal with, I’m happy to help.

Some people also connect with a therapist for regular check ups, like how they would see a doctor. This can range from doing check ins once you’ve achieved your short term goals, to working through ongoing relational difficulties. Wherever you are, I want to meet you and journey with you.

  • If you don’t find yourself fitting into any of these areas on this list, don’t let that discourage you from booking an appointment or reaching out! I am happy to connect and do a free 15 minute consultation with you so you are able to see if I am a fit for you.

I am able to provide therapy services to those residing in Alberta, Yukon, Quebec, Nova Scotia and New Brunswick. If you are reside outside one of these provinces/territories, I may be able to provide referrals for practitioners licensed in your area.

I am dedicated to creating a compassionate and safe space for clients to explore and navigate their journeys toward healing and growth. As a practicum student, my doors are open to all clients 17 and over seeking individual counselling sessions. I hold a particular interest in supporting those experiencing grief, loss, life transitions including aging, as well as people who are experiencing spiritual and religious issues including religious trauma, adverse religious experience, faith deconstruction, spiritual difficulties and navigating through post-Purity culture.

My own complex path to this work fuels my commitment to providing a non-judgmental, respectful environment where clients can feel empowered to engage deeply with their stories. I believe in the dignity and worth of each person and am passionate about offering a space where clients can honor their values, navigate their mental health, and feel supported in their healing and growth.
